Providing low and moderate income seniors, who are functionally independent, with a self-contained apartment style suite. Please visit Senior Citizens Self-Contained Housing Program for more information.
The Management Body strives to maintain affordable, comfortable, and cost-effective housing accommodations, to help our tenants to maintain a functionally independent lifestyle by establishing a working relationship with community based Home Care and Health Care providers, and to provide a maintenance staff member to be 'on call' for all emergencies.
In addition, the Management Body provides a Building Administrator to assist tenants and applicants (the Building Administrator will provide posted office hours for each housing project), and encourages volunteers to assist tenants with social and recreational activities.
The Management Body maintains membership in the following organizations:
The Chief Administrative Officer attends meetings of these associations on a regular basis in order to be kept informed on activities relating to Senior's Housing.
